DISPATCH TIMES
Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched the following business day. If there is a problem with availability or with sending your order, we will contact you to let you know within 24 hours.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimated between 1-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date, however delays out of our control can occur. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.

CHARGES
We offer free shipping on all orders in Australia above the value of $95. Less than $95 we offer flat rate (subsidised) shipping of $9.00.

Orders will be shipped where possible via Australia Post.

Return policy

Changed your mind?
We provide a 30 day change of mind refund or exchange from the date your order was received. Please notify us within 30 days if you wish to return your order for an exchange or a refund (subject to any applicable fees or charges). To ensure all returns are re-sellable, we ask that the order be returned to us in full working condition, unused, unmodified and in its original packaging with all its accessories. Please contact us for return details.

Please note: The customer is responsible to arrange and pay for the return delivery.

 

My order arrived damaged!
If your items are damaged let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and then collection of the damaged parcel.
 
My product is faulty!
If your product develops a fault within its warranty period, then you’re entitled to a full replacement. See Warranty/Guarantee.

Warranty / Guarantee


Our products have a 24-month full replacement warranty from date of purchase. If the LED lamp fails we may just replace the lamp.

If you have an issue with the product contact us at admin@quiclighting.com.au and we will arrange for a replacement unit or lamp and provide a prepaid returns package for the faulty unit.

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
